Our MSc in Digital Design and Manufacturing equips you with advanced skills in digital design, smart manufacturing, and Industry 5.0 technologies. This program is perfect for aspiring engineers and designers, bridging cutting-edge technology with practical application. You'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and techniques, preparing you to drive efficiency and innovation in modern manufacturing.
The curriculum includes four core modules: Research, Planning & Communications, Strategy & Management, Machine Learning and its Application, and Digital Engineering, along with a 60-credit individual research project. You can choose between two option sets: Applied AI or Design and Manufacturing.
This two-year degree with Industrial Practice is an innovative combination of theory and practice. You'll have the chance to put your learning into action through an individual project, followed by a placement with a relevant employer. The placement is an ideal opportunity to work and engage with state-of-the-art industrial systems, processes and practices while reflecting on your personal development.
