This course gives you a critical understanding of cognitive behavioural models of anxiety disorders and depression. You’ll develop the skills to deliver high-quality, cognitive behavioural interventions across this range of problems.

This course is offered in partnership between the School of Psychology at the University of Sussex, one of the largest psychology units in the UK, and the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
