Assessment method

Qualification requirements

UCAS Tariff - 64 points

A level - CCC

Successful completion of A-Levels, with a requirement of at least one subject in Music or a closely related field, and grades not lower than DDD.

Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016) - MPP

Attainment of a BTEC Level 3 qualification in Music (or music-related) with a minimum achievement of MPP.

Access to HE Diploma

Possession of an Access to Higher Education Diploma conferred by an accredited further education institution.

Demonstrable industry experience or relevant work experience in the field of music.

Either provide Grade 5 Music Theory certificates from recognised institutions (ABRSM, Trinity, or Rockschool), or take our test that aligns with Grade 5 Music Theory standard.
