Course summary

The BA (Hons) International Fashion Business (Top-Up) is a one-year course designed for those who have completed a relevant HND or two years of undergraduate study and want to progress to a full Bachelors degree.

You’ll explore the global fashion industry with a strong focus on employability, sustainability, and ethical business practices. Through industry-led projects and collaborative briefs, you’ll build industry relevant experience, developing core skills in brand development, global fashion management, and responsible business strategy.

The programme structure has been developed with shared modules across our fashion portfolio to provide innovative teaching and enhance the undergraduate community within an interdisciplinary and internationalised learning culture.

You will work on projects that show your ability to solve real-world problems and develop forward-thinking ideas. Whether you want to launch your own venture or step into a leadership role, you’ll graduate ready to make an impact in the global fashion business.

To be considered for entry to this Top Up course, we require 240 CATS credits earned through recent (up to 2 years) completion of a relevant Foundation Degree, Advanced Diploma, HND (merit or above), the first two years of a relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent.

In cases where applicants are returning from industry and do not meet the standard admissions criteria, a case-by-case assessment of recent relevant professional experience will be made to establish suitability for entry to the course.

Eligible applicants will be invited to interview as part of the application process.

International students will also be required to achieve an IELTS score of 6.0 with no component less than 5.5, or an equivalent accepted English language qualification.
