This degree combines Mathematics, teaching you sought-after skills for real-world problem solving, with business. It focuses on the theoretical foundations and practical applications of business and helps develop management skills tailored to opens doors to a variety of careers.

Mathematics is the universal language of today's global economy, which is driven by business. This degree gives you an interdisciplinary and integrated approach to mathematics, business and management, enabling you to develop the leadership skills demanded by modern, global businesses.

You will:

  • Understand the universal nature of mathematics as a discipline that knows no borders or language barriers

  • Learn its importance in business and master a wide range of mathematical and business topics and techniques

  • Boost your employability with an optional paid one-year work placement – past students have secured placements at organisations such as Axa, Barclays, Bloomberg, Disney, Microsoft, Toyota and Warner Music

  • Explore your interests through a research project chosen from a wide variety of mathematical topics.
