Course summary

Engineering projects have multiple stakeholders, complex schedules, challenging sustainability requirements and strict budgets. Effective project management skills will help you meet goals and provide value to clients and stakeholders.

Our unique curriculum focuses on practical application and relevance to industry. It incorporates industry methodologies, such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum and Six Sigma. We emphasise sustainability, helping to ensure that the projects you develop keep on delivering.
