Scholarship information

The Autonomous Futures Bursary is intended to provide financial support for eligible Herefordshire students who enrol on the proposed Autonomous Robotics undergraduate degree programme at NMITE.

Please note: The Autonomous Robotics degree programme is currently subject to final validation. The programme may be amended or may not run. The bursary will only be available if the programme is validated and delivered.

If the programme is approved and you enrol, the HARB is expected to provide a total cash award of £5,000, normally distributed in four instalments of £1,250 at key progression points during the degree. The first instalment would normally be paid approximately two weeks after the start of the programme, subject to enrolment and participation in welcome activities. Subsequent instalments would normally be paid following the successful completion of each level of study.

The bursary is intended to support local students who demonstrate strong academic engagement and commitment to completing the full programme.

Number of bursaries available: Up to 5 awards, subject to programme approval and funding availability.
