Middle East and North Africa Scholarship

About the scholarship 

We have a limited number of partial scholarships worth £2,000 (GBP), available for self-funding students domiciled in Middle East and North Africa (see country eligibility below) starting a course at Edinburgh Napier in September 2026 or January 2027.

The scholarship is tenable for one academic year. 

Please note: All scholarships are subject to availability. We have a limited number of awards, so not all eligible applicants will be successful in receiving a scholarship. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for this award, you must be:

• domiciled in one of the following countries: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or United Arab Emirates at the time of application. If you are applying from another country in this region, please contact us directly to discuss eligibility. 
• self-funding your course
• meet the entry criteria for a Bachelors or eligible taught Masters course in September 2026 or January 2027.

If you have discounted tuition fees from a partner university or are in receipt of another scholarship, you are not eligible for this scholarship.

Please Note – MRes programmes and the following Masters degrees are not eligible for this award:

• MBA (Business Leadership and Practice)
• MBA (Strategic Project Management)
• MSc Global Hospitality Management (extended)
• MSc Computing with Professional Placement
• MSc Pharmaceutical & Analytical Science 

Application process 

Scholarships are awarded automatically once you have paid your deposit payment towards your tuition fees. The number of scholarships is limited and they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you have paid your deposit, please email cas@napier.ac.uk to be considered.
