Lincoln Bishop Bursaries

Scholarship information

The Lincoln Bishop Bursary supports full-time undergraduate students who started their course on or after 1 September 2025, pay fees of at least £6,355, and have a household income of £30,000 or less.

Eligible students may receive additional bursary funding if they fall into specific groups, including student parents, student carers, estranged students, care leavers, mature students (21+), or those from POLAR Q1 backgrounds. Annual awards range from £600 to £3,600, depending on the course (BA or FdA) and student category.

Care leavers can receive an enhanced bursary of £3,600 per year. Estranged students may also qualify for a £1,000 stand-alone bursary to help with accommodation costs.

Payments are made in three instalments across the academic year (November, January, and April). Evidence must be provided to Student Advice & Wellbeing to confirm eligibility.
