Carnegie Sports Scholarship

If you’re an international student-athlete with outstanding talent in one of our designated focus sports – American Football, Athletics, Cricket, Football, Netball, Rugby League, Rugby Union, or Tennis – this scholarship could support your journey at Leeds Beckett University

To qualify, you’ll need to demonstrate exceptional sporting achievements while embodying the core values of the university. As a scholarship recipient, you’ll represent Leeds Beckett in British Universities and Colleges Sports (BUCS) events, contributing to our vibrant and competitive sporting community.

Undergraduate recipients will receive a £6,000 annual scholarship, while postgraduate taught students will receive a 50% discount on their fees.

If you receive the Carnegie Sports International Scholarship, you won't be eligible for an additional international scholarship from the university. If you qualify for more than one, the scholarship with the highest value will be awarded.
