Brunel University LondonTheatre and Creative WritingHello! I am an undergraduate student studying Theatre and Creative Writing. When I'm not working hard on my studies you can find me reading, songwriting, hiking in the mountains, or swimming in the ocean. :) I'm really enjoying the course so far and am happy to answer any questions you may have! Durham UniversityBSc Geology (F600)Hello! My name is Keshav, and I'm a first year, studying Bsc Climate Science. I was originally born in Germany, but have been living in England for over 8 years. I'm excited to share my story with you and help you get a better sense of what it's like to be a student at Durham University. I'm currently studying Climate Science, because of the interconnection they have between Geology and Geography. I found it difficult to decide which one I preferred, and felt that this course had the best of both world's. Taking modules in both subjects always keep it fresh and interesting. So far, my favourite subjects have been understanding some of the difficulties we have in dealing with climate change, and the current importance of mitigation and adaption. One of my favourite experiences has been to engage with world leading professors, who are currently dealing with several issues on climate. Group work sessions are also great, as you get to make friends with people across the world, learning about different cultures and traditions along the way. In my free time, I enjoy travelling, playing music, and watching sports. If you have made it this far, I can tell that you are interested! I hope this gives you a better sense of what it's like to be a student at Durham University. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me, and I will be happy to help.
