These are the terms of service which govern your ability to advertise your outreach opportunities for the purposes of widening access and participation in higher education on the UCAS Adviser Hub.

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives you the right to access information held by public bodies that is not routinely available from other sources. UCAS is subject to Freedom of Information from 1 November 2011, but only in relation to some of its functions.

UCAS is committed to operating ethically, demonstrating integrity and acting responsibly to its customers and wider stakeholders.
