As a pharmacy student and gym enthusiast, my future plans revolve around integrating my passion for health and fitness with my pharmaceutical knowledge. I aim to specialize in sports pharmacy, focusing on supplements, performance enhancement, and injury recovery. My goal is to educate people on safe and effective medication and supplementation while promoting a balanced lifestyle. Additionally, I plan to continue my fitness journey, possibly pursuing certifications in nutrition or personal training to provide well-rounded health advice. By combining both fields, I hope to contribute to the healthcare industry in a way that supports both medical well-being and physical performance.

Pharmacy - MPharm
Hi! I’m a fourth year pharmacy student with aspirations to become a hospital or GP pharmacist, and I’m also curious about exploring roles within the pharmaceutical industry in the future. I’m originally from Wales, where I completed traditional A-levels before starting my journey at the University of Lincoln.
I’m always happy to share my experiences, whether it’s about the course, student life, or settling into university. Outside of my studies, I love cooking, trying new things, and exploring new cities, so feel free to ask me anything about balancing uni life with hobbies and new adventures. I’m here to help!
Ellie
University of Lincoln
Pharmacy - MPharm
Hi I’m Ellie and I’m a Second Year Pharmacy student. I will be at Lincoln for 3 more years and plan on becoming a pharmacist when I graduate. I did A Level Biology, Chemistry, Maths and EPQ and I am very familiar with the clearing process due to my A levels not going as expected so feel free to ask questions around this subject too! Clearing felt very daunting at first when things didn’t go as planned on results day, but the process was actually really easy and ended up finding the university that’s best for me. Everything was so quick and it really helped me to settle into university lifestyle. So yeah, any questions you have about this I’m happy to answer :)

I am a current postgraduate student at KCL studying Pharmaceutical Analysis, Technology and Biopharmaceuticals, following my undergraduate degree in Neuroscience.
My end goal is to move into the pharmaceutical industry following graduation, and I’m happy to talk about how this course prepares you for a professional career, my honest opinion on modules, or what life is like across the different KCL campuses.

Arwa
University of Glasgow
Pharmacology [BSc/MSci]
My long-term career plans? Well, let’s just say I’m aiming for somewhere between a lab genius discovering the next big breakthrough and a science communicator who makes pharmacology sound cooler than it is (and trust me, it’s pretty cool).
I am passionate about science and how it can change lives in such meaningful ways and my end goal is to make medicine a bit more accessible than it is today.
Outside of academics, you’ll probably find me on the basketball court or volunteering—I love working with kids and finding ways to make learning fun for them (yes, teaching can be fun!). I also juggle a few roles like being a Class Rep and basketball convener so I’m pretty familiar with what it takes to balance the chaos of uni life. Spoiler: it’s a lot of caffeine and a lot of to-do lists.

Hi, I am Sasanka, a current third year at Strathclyde. I had the greatest time during my first year and I want to share everything that makes university great,
I love trying new things and am always up to a new activity in Glasgow. Through traveling, I have gained an appreciation of food, therefore, I aim to know the best food spots near campus.
I enjoy getting to know new people and am always joining in university events to learn about my cohort.
By the end of my degree, I would like to contribute to further research in biosciences and hopefully make a contribution to the healthcare sector. I came to university to learn about what the world has to offer and hopefully can help you along the way.
