Record-Breaking Year For CSVPA at Graduate Fashion Week 2025

This year marked an unprecedented triumph for CSVPA students at Graduate Fashion Week, with students nominated and winning more accolades than ever before. We had 14 students nominated across 19 awards, selected from an estimated 3000 students and a pool of 68 institutions involved. Graduate Fashion Week is known for its highly competitive awards, with only 12 students shortlisted in each category—a significant recognition in itself. This year, CSVPA BA Fashion and BA Fashion Branding & Communications students not only secured finalist positions but excelled beyond, bringing home an outstanding five awards. This remarkable accomplishment highlights the exceptional creativity, diversity, and innovation demonstrated in their work. CSVPA students won The Fashion Illustration Award, The Next Trend Forecasting Award, The Menswear Award, The Female Gaze in Women’s Sports competition and the Collective Show.

What makes us different

Each course offers outstanding specialist tuition combined with small class sizes for a more tailored experience. Students benefit from frequent one-to-one tutorials to support their individual creative development and have access to the studios 7 days a week.

Our close relationships with industry professionals allow our students to take advantage of guest lectures, workshops and portfolio reviews to enhance their learning. There is also the opportunity for students to take part in exciting collaborative projects, most recently these have included working with students, academics and researchers from the University of Cambridge and exhibiting work in the prestigious Fitzwilliam Museum.

Our highly experienced teaching faculty set us apart from the rest. Every member of staff is a practicing creative, with specialist industry experience they bring into the studios and share with our students. Learn from leading professionals who are currently making waves in the art & design industry.

“From where I started, I would not have imagined myself doing the art I am doing now. It is mostly because we have been pushed to challenge ourselves with our art style, what we think, how we work. I think it is also to do with the close one-to-ones and how much you get back from the tutors.”
