Please only submit your appeal request when your UCAS application is CANCELLED by the UCAS verification team.

Please upload copies of all relevant documents (e.g. exam certificates or transcripts) and emails to support your appeal (max 10 documents)

In the box below, please list the names of the additional documents you wish to provide now and haven’t previously sent to the UCAS verification team. Please do NOT upload copies of passports, identity documents (except change of name), visa documents, immigration documents and evidence of refugee or asylum status.

UCAS will only use the documents uploaded for the appeals process.
