Craig Kemp

Craig has worked at the University of the West of England (UWE) Bristol since 2018 as a Customer Relations Assistant, specialising in student allocation within UWE-managed accommodation. His role involves managing the allocation process and ensuring students are matched with suitable accommodation.

Having also studied at UWE Bristol himself, Craig brings a unique perspective to his work. His experience as both a former student and a member of staff enables him to understand the challenges students face and approach his role with empathy and insight, providing informed support throughout the process.

Terry Lancaster

Terry Lancaster

Terry Lancaster is the Residential Services Manager (Commercial & Experience) at Manchester Metropolitan University, where he oversees commercial operations, pastoral care, customer experience, and student engagement. 

He focuses on developing inclusive, safe, and supportive communities, recognising that quality accommodation and wellbeing support are essential to the overall student experience.
