This year is different for you if you're receiving exam results, so the helplines below are available to give you (and your parents or carers) free, impartial advice and guidance:

  • Call us if you have a change or request about your application.
  • We take your security very seriously, so we need to speak to you on the phone to process changes.

  • We're open Monday to Friday, 08:30-18:00 (UK time).
  • Calls will be charged at your standard network rate.
