Course details

Please provide a list of all higher education courses, including part-time, full-time, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses, leading to an award at Cert HE, Dip HE, HNC, HND, foundation degree, or first degree standard for which teaching will be delivered for the next academic cycle.

External quality assurance

Please note providers that are subject to QAA oversight – including alternative providers whose courses are designated for student support purposes – are expected to provide evidence of a satisfactory QAA report. If this is not applicable to your provider, please supply alternative evidence of external quality assurance of your courses, which may be deemed acceptable at the absolute discretion of the UCAS Management Board.

UKVI Tier 4 sponsorship

If you recruit international students to your postgraduate courses, you must be listed on the Home Office Tier 4 Sponsor Register. Please provide the relevant information below:

Section D: Obligations

On becoming a UCAS customer, you will be required to sign the UCAS Terms of Service.

UCAS undertakes to provide you with training, documentation, passwords and customer support services, to support you in using the UCAS admissions service. 

As a customer, the accuracy of the course data you supply is crucial. We, therefore, ask providers wishing to use the service to market their courses, to meet the following obligations.

  • Keep all key contact details up-to-date, and inform us of any changes.
  • Make sure course and provider data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Ensure data security measures exist in line with ISO 2700 criteria, and employees, contractors, and agents comply with the Data Protection Act principles.
  • All providers wishing to join the service are required to agree to the postgraduate terms of service and to meet  UCAS' data standards (256.65 KB)
Section E: Payment details

A one-off joining fee will be based on the number of estimated applicants detailed in section B. We will confirm the joining fee upon assessment of your application. A non-refundable deposit of £1,000 (+VAT) will be required at the point of application.
