Summary
With growing caseloads and increasingly diverse student needs, advisers face the challenge of providing effective post-16 and post-18 guidance. This interactive workshop introduces a triage model to help schools and colleges prioritise support where it’s needed most.
Delegates will explore practical ways to categorise students by urgency, complexity, and independence, ensuring guidance is both targeted and impactful. Real examples, adaptable frameworks, and ready-to-use tools will be shared to help balance Gatsby Benchmarks, Ofsted expectations, and student-centred practice.
