Course overview

This degree prepares you to work at the heart of the fast-growing virtual production industry - where real-time game engines, LED walls, motion capture and cinematography combine to create breath-taking worlds for film, TV, animation and games.

You’ll learn by doing—working in a studio environment that mirrors professional film and VFX pipelines. From visual storytelling and cinematography to real-time 3D world-building, mocap performance capture and LED stage production, you’ll gain hands-on experience with the same tools used in cutting-edge productions across Netflix, Disney, HBO and AAA games.

During the course, you’ll develop your own creative identity while collaborating on ambitious team projects. You will produce a festival-quality final major project and a professional showreel that showcases your expertise in real-time filmmaking and virtual production.
