Course summary

A Master of Laws (LLM) in Law and Policy for Sustainability, offered by The University of Law, is a postgraduate degree designed for both law and non-law graduates to enhance their legal knowledge. This internationally recognised Master’s course will give you the skills to progress within the environmental and energy industries, and can open up pathways to career opportunities in policy-making, regulatory bodies, compliance, sustainability consulting, and corporate governance.

This course provides in-depth knowledge of Law and Policy for Sustainability, offering opportunities to explore a range of sustainability issues relevant to the real-world challenges faced by companies. Students will examine topics such as: the development of sustainability policy; the UN's Sustainable Development Goals; the relationship between sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulation; and sustainability as a risk management practice.

Please note that, due to Home Office regulations, students who require a Student Route visa to study with us are not permitted to study online and can only choose face-to-face taught modules.
