The business environment is changing all the time. While you can’t predict the future, you can certainly be prepared for it. Organisations need flexible employees with a range of skills, who understand the different areas of business and how they work together. This business management degree will give you a well-rounded business education to make you a versatile and employable graduate.

By studying this business management degree at USW, you will get a full overview of how businesses perform, meaning you can adapt and succeed in a competitive jobs market. There are compulsory modules that cover essential topics such as marketing, how to manage people, purchasing and logistics. As you progress, you can choose specialist modules in areas that match your interests and career aims. There are also many opportunities to gain practical experience of the business world, including work placements and hands-on challenges.

You'll gain experience of working with industry, either through a year-long sandwich placement, an internship or a Professional Practice and Employability module. This module has input from employers and is an example of the way that employability informs this course and provides a strong base for your future career. You will also benefit from gaining the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) alongside their studies on the course.
