Create unforgettable experiences
The UK Events Industry is a global powerhouse — and you can be part of it. Our dynamic events management degree puts you at the heart of this fast-moving world. From muddy green fields to luxury red carpets, and spectacles that entertain the nation, you’ll learn how to plan, promote, and produce unforgettable event experiences. You’ll discover what it takes to bring people together – whether it’s managing a festival site, coordinating a high-profile awards ceremony, or delivering a major sporting event

On this course, you’ll learn from academic experts with real industry experience. With our creative, hands-on approach to teaching and assessment, you won’t just study events — you’ll design and deliver them.

As part of this course, you’ll:

  • Create, manage, and evaluate events from the first idea to the final experience

  • Discover how events shape communities, cultures, and global connections

  • Learn to lead teams, work with suppliers, and meet licensing and safety requirements

  • Choose your own career path — from festivals and music events to corporate or community projects and sports events

  • Explore the big issues shaping the future of events, like sustainability and innovation

  • Develop the know-how to run your own events business

By the time you graduate, you’ll leave with professional skills, confidence, and a network of valuable industry contacts to launch your career. If you’re ready to shape the future of live experiences, this is where your journey begins.
