The UK Events Industry is a global powerhouse — and you can be part of it. Our dynamic events management degree puts you at the heart of this fast-moving world. From muddy green fields to luxury red carpets, and spectacles that entertain the nation, you’ll learn how to plan, promote, and produce unforgettable event experiences. You’ll discover what it takes to bring people together – whether it’s managing a festival site, coordinating a high-profile awards ceremony, or delivering a major sporting event

• Create, manage, and evaluate events from the first idea to the final experience

This includes working on real projects with major partners such as Sparq Productions, Leeds International Festival of Ideas, and venues such as the First Direct Bank Arena, and Harrogate Convention Centre. You’ll also gain two additional industry-recognised qualifications to strengthen your CV – the BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders and the IOSH Working Safely award.
