About the course
BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying focuses on the commercial and financial management of construction projects from early planning through to completion. You’ll explore how costs are controlled, value is maximised and projects are delivered efficiently within regulatory and contractual frameworks.
This course is designed for students who want to pursue a career in quantity surveying or commercial management within the built environment, combining technical understanding with business and professional practice.

What you’ll study
