The MA in Music Education will equip you with the necessary expertise and understanding for a successful career in contemporary music education. This in-person course will develop your skills in teaching, music leadership, and research. We accept students who play any instrument and come from any musical tradition, empowering them to lead the talent of tomorrow.

For all courses, you must select at least one specialism from the 'primary' list. For those studying primary/secondary pathways, two instruments may be selected – one from the 'primary' list and one from the 'secondary' list. Joint pathway students may select any two instruments from either list.
