The optional Foundation Year for this programme can give you an exciting introduction to higher education, setting you up with the skills, confidence, and knowledge that you’ll need to be successful in your undergraduate degree. It’s ideal if you need a little more support after further education, or are returning to education after a gap. Following successful completion of the Foundation Year, you will progress onto Year 1 of your BSc.

In Year 0, you will typically study areas including: Maths and Stats; Foundations of Business and Management; Critical Thinking; Interactive Learning Skills and Communication; Accounting and Finance and Economics.
In Year 1, you will typically study areas including: Accounting for Business; People in Organisations; Data-Driven Operations; Rethinking Business; Marketing in Practice and Marketing Essentials.
In Year 2, you will typically study areas including: Digital Marketing; The Customer Experience; Marketing Research; Business Analytics; International Marketing; Integrated Marketing Communications; e-Business and Strategic Analysis.
In Year 3, you will typically study areas including: Application Development; Sustainability Marketing; Digital Marketing Management; Strategic Sales Management; Strategic Marketing Planning; Contemporary Issues in Marketing and Dissertation - BSc Marketing.
We offer a variety of assessment methods within our programmes. In addition to traditional examinations and essays, examples of alternative assessment include:
