Course summary
The Sport, Fitness and Wellbeing BSc (Hons) Top-up Level 6 is awarded by the University of Derby and is designed to provide an excellent progression route and develop the knowledge you've already gained on your HND or Foundation Degree in sport, fitness and wellbeing with a further stage of study which results in a full honours degree.
Enhance your critical thinking skills while developing an understanding of nutrition, anatomy and physiology, psychology and industry skills for sport, fitness and wellbeing. Engage in an independent research project that investigates a relevant topic in depth.

HND (BTEC)M
To enrol on the Sport, Fitness and Wellbeing BSc (Hons) (Top-up), you will need a Level 5 qualification or equivalent:
Pass an FdSc Sport, Fitness and Wellbeing programme
A relevant Level 5 qualification with a minimum of 240 credits
M profile on a relevant BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND)
Level 2 qualification or above in English and Maths (e.g. GCSE or Functional Skills)
