Our International Business Finance (Top Up), designed for international students, enables you to build on your previous academic learning and transition directly into the final year of a UK honours degree, earning a prestigious bachelor's degree from a UK university with international academic recognition.
Throughout this one-year programme, you will strengthen your expertise in financial innovation and enhance the leadership and decision-making skills required to thrive in today’s fast-paced global business environment. You will experience a dynamic mix of finance and business modules that bring global financial realities to life, deepening your understanding of how companies raise capital, make strategic investments, and create long-term value, while exploring financial markets, innovation, and risk management across borders. Alongside this, you’ll build leadership and enterprise skills that empower you to think strategically and excel in international roles across banking, investment, and corporate sectors.
With a strong focus on both academic rigour and real-world application, our degree equips you with the analytical, technical, and professional skills needed to thrive in global financial institutions, multinational corporations, or further academic study. Building on this foundation, graduates of our BSc International Business Finance (Top Up) programme will leave with a robust skillset in financial analysis, strategic thinking, and ethical decision-making, and are well-prepared for a wide range of postgraduate degrees, including MSc Finance and MSc International Accounting and Finance.
This degree programme is available as a one-year, full-time course, designed for international students who have completed a qualification such as a Foundation Degree, HND, or equivalent in business, finance, or accounting. This course will build on your previous academic learning and allow you to transition directly into the final year of a UK honours degree.
