This degree in marketing prepares you for a professional marketing career path in marketing management.
You'll look at key subjects in marketing like economics, accounting, consumer behaviour, digital marketing, social media marketing, brand management and corporate social responsibility. The marketing programme adopts a unique 'practice-based' perspective on the topic, focusing on applying theory to everyday marketing activities. It will prepare you for a marketing career with a strong emphasis on employability, enabling you to secure marketing graduate jobs and succeed in the London marketing field.
Please note owing to the professional accreditations from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Data & Marketing, direct entry students will only be considered for Level 5 admission.

You are assessed using a variety of assessment methods. We use traditional examinations, essays and reports to assess academic knowledge. We also develop presentation skills and use assessed presentations on many of the marketing modules, as these best simulate the professional working environment for marketing. Many modules also incorporate portfolio assessment, which involves the students submitting multiple artefacts as part of a module assessment strategy.

Many courses have a Foundation Year option for those students whose qualifications do not meet the BA or BSc entry requirements.
Applicants should have, or be working towards, grade C in GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent Level 2 qualification such as Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Mathematics or Key Skills Level 2 in Application of Number and Communication)
