This one year top-up course will allow you to develop skills in a variety of technical disciplines, meeting the demands of employers in the fast-developing Computing sector. Our programme has been developed with industry leaders to build students' knowledge and skills in a range of subject; which may include networking, programming, hardware, web development, security, user interface and user experience design.*

Completion of a Computing Foundation Degree or a Computing HND is required to study this course.

Assessment method

Assessment is made through a variety of methods, including written coursework, case studies providing solutions to computing problems, presentations, practical assessments, computer based tests and exams. Teaching methods are equally varied, including lectures, practical sessions, group work, tutorials and workshops. In addition substantial learning resources and support materials are available online VLE for use at home.
