This course title has been changed from Marketing with Digital BSc to Digital Marketing BSc, to better reflect the analytical, evidence-based, and professional skills developed throughout the course. The new title aligns more closely with industry expectations, giving you more well-rounded digital marketing knowledge and skills.

In your top-up year, you’ll study a tailored mix of second- and third-year modules from our Marketing with Digital degree, equipping you with the specialist knowledge and practical skills you’ll need in the marketing industry. From Global Marketing in the Digital Era to Marketing and Digital Strategy and Planning, you’ll also choose from a range of elective modules designed to help you build specialist expertise and shape your career path.

Our recently re-validated Digital Marketing BSc (Hons) course has been redesigned to reflect the growing importance of digital technologies, data-driven decision-making, and AI in modern marketing practice. The curriculum has been comprehensively updated to incorporate emerging trends, industry-standard tools, and the latest developments in digital marketing, ensuring graduates are equipped with the skills sought by employers in a rapidly evolving marketplace. AI concepts and applications are embedded throughout the course, giving you the chance to explore how technology is transforming consumer engagement, content creation, analytics, and marketing communications.

You’ll have further options to enhance your employability as well, taking on consultancy projects in the LSBU Business School Business Solution Centre, or by taking on optional placements and internships. Past students have landed placements with the likes of Disney, Sky, Amazon, Google, Samsung, InterEx Group, WeAreWaterloo, CABI, BOCCHI and Tropenao Media Group, in roles such as Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Analyst, Brand Manager, Social Media Manager and Marketing Strategist.
