Course summary

Mae SUSP (Partneriaeth Ysgolion Prifysgol Abertawe) wedi ymrwymo i ddarparu addysg gychwynnol athrawon o ansawdd uchel sy'n diwallu anghenion system addysg Gymraeg sy'n cael ei thrawsnewid yn sylweddol yn y cwricwlwm.

Mae'r Dystysgrif Addysg i Raddedigion (TAR) amser llawn am flwyddyn gyda Statws Athro Cymwysedig (SAC) a gynigir gan Bartneriaeth Ysgolion Prifysgol Abertawe yn cysylltu ymchwil a pholisi ag ymarfer cynradd.

Bydd ein rhaglen TAR Cynradd yn caniatáu ichi ddatblygu sgiliau addysgu ar draws y cyfnod oedran cynradd a datblygu eich dealltwriaeth o'r cwricwlwm newydd yng Nghymru. Byddwch yn gweithio gyda thiwtoriaid a mentoriaid Prifysgol profiadol, brwdfrydig yn ein hysgolion Partneriaeth ledled De Cymru i ddatblygu a myfyrio ar eich ymarfer addysgu eich hun.

Mae'r rhaglen yn unigryw oherwydd, ar ôl profi lleoliadau addysgu ar draws y cyfnod oedran cynradd, gallwch ddewis arbenigo mewn cyd-destunau Cyfnod Sylfaen, Cyfnod Allweddol 2 neu Bob Oed. Bydd hyn nid yn unig yn gwella'ch gwybodaeth am addysgu a'r cwricwlwm yn eich cyfnod arbenigol, ond hefyd yn dwysau eich dealltwriaeth o sut mae plant yn dysgu ac yn datblygu.

Mae ymchwil yn sail i bob agwedd ar raglen SUSP, sy'n eich galluogi i elwa o enw da cenedlaethol a rhyngwladol y Brifysgol.
Gydag ymrwymiad cryf y Bartneriaeth i les, byddwch yn profi cefnogaeth bersonol, broffesiynol ac academaidd o ansawdd uchel trwy gydol y flwyddyn.

Modules

Cyflwynir y rhaglen TAR (Cynradd) gan Bartneriaeth Ysgolion Prifysgol Abertawe (SUSP) sy'n cynnwys Prifysgol Abertawe ac Ysgolion Partneriaeth Arweiniol a Rhwydwaith wedi'u lleoli ledled de Cymru. Mae'r brifysgol a'r ysgolion yn rhannu atebolrwydd am bob agwedd ar lywodraethu, cynllunio, cyflwyno a gwerthuso rhaglenni. Yn ogystal, mae Academi Hywel Teifi yn darparu 35 awr o hyfforddiant Iaith Gymraeg i'r holl athrawon dan hyfforddiant ar y rhaglen.

Mae'r rhaglen yn cynnwys 3 modiwl:

Mae'r modiwl Archwilio Addysgeg, Cwricwlwm ac Asesu yn yr Ysgol Gynradd (EDPM31) yn datblygu dealltwriaeth athro dan hyfforddiant o, a gallu i ddefnyddio strategaethau effeithiol ar gyfer addysgu, dysgu ac asesu ar draws y cyfnod oedran cynradd.

Mae'r modiwl Ymarfer Myfyriol seiliedig ar Ymchwil (EDPM32) yn cyflwyno athrawon cynradd i ddulliau meintiol, ansoddol a dull cymysg o ymchwil addysg.

Mae'r modiwl Ymarfer a Lleoliad Proffesiynol (EDP301) wedi'i gynllunio i alluogi athrawon dan hyfforddiant i weithio mewn lleoliad ‘ymarfer clinigol’ ysgol ac i weithio tuag at Safonau Proffesiynol ar gyfer Addysgu ac Arweinyddiaeth ar lefel Statws Athro Cymwysedig (SAC). Mae wedi'i leoli yn yr ysgol yn bennaf ac mae'n cynnwys dau leoliad addysgu bloc a'r diwrnodau Ymarfer a Theori (PAT).
