Our BA (Hons) Business and Human Resource Management course has been designed with industry experts. You gain the skills, insight and hands-on experience to shape the workforce of the future.

This course is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). You’ll receive a degree, plus a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership at no additional cost.

Our course is also accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). This means you will qualify for an associate membership when you graduate.

You will explore how people, data and organisational culture drive business success. You'll also develop the skills to lead change and align people strategies with organisational goals. Learn about employment law, international HR, employee engagement, talent management and strategic planning. Build your expertise in communication, consultancy and ethical decision-making.

You’ll apply your learning to the real world through live projects, business challenges and hands-on experience. This will prepare you to lead with confidence in any business environment. You'll also take part in an assessment centre to prepare you for the job market.

Throughout the course, you’ll earn digital micro-credentials from Microsoft, Google and LinkedIn. This will enhance your CV and allow you to explore the areas of people management you are most interested in.
