his course brings business to life by immersing you in real world management scenarios, focusing on key themes in a supportive learning environment. It equips you to confidently address future business challenges.

You will expand your knowledge, understanding, and skills to:

  • launch your own businesses or pursue careers in business management, human resource management, marketing, accounting, consumer research, and statistical analysis

  • progress to the next level of study: 1 year top-up to convert your HND Business Management into a BA (Hons) Business Management.

Modules

The modules are designed to provide the essential skills and knowledge highly sought after by employers, enhancing your understanding of the modern business landscape. Key areas of study include Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Law, Entrepreneurship, and Human Resources, alongside specialised topics such as Financial Information Management, and Managerial Accounting. You will also complete a research project on a business-related topic of your choice.

Assessment method

You will usually have to complete portfolios, presentations and written assignments as you progress, and normally sit exams at the end of each academic year.
