Course summary
Study Mechanical Engineering at Aston University and develop the technical and practical skills needed to design and manufacture engineering systems. This course combines applied, project-based learning with industry-informed teaching.

Students have completed placements with organisations including Jaguar Land Rover, Bosch and Caterpillar.
Graduates have progressed into roles such as mechanical engineer and design engineer at organisations including Rolls-Royce and Siemens.
Integrated master’s (MEng) option provides additional advanced study, enabling deeper technical specialisation and enhanced preparation for professional engineering roles.
