Course summary

Want to lead in the business world and make a real impact? Building on your knowledge from a relevant undergraduate degree, our MSc in Business and Management provides the specialist skills you need to succeed. Whether you want to work in a global company, a growing business or the public sector, this course is for you.

You’ll learn the core ideas behind how businesses are run. This includes things like financial strategy, how to manage people and how to make smart business decisions.

A range of optional modules mean you can choose topics that match your interests and career plans – from venture capital to marketing and corporate strategy. You’ll also be able to explore contemporary issues that businesses face, such as climate change and gender equality.

Throughout the course, you’ll learn practical skills and access resources that help you stand out with top employers, including:

  • Real-world case studies – put theory into practice by exploring global challenges and how businesses are tackling them

  • Flexible final project – choose between a dissertation and a business project. With the business project, you’ll be able to put theory into practice by collaborating in groups with an industry partner
