What’s the most important part of any business? Its people. Our Human Resources Management course will give you the expertise and knowledge you need to thrive when it comes to employing, engaging and leading people in business.

Alongside learning the fundamentals of business, you’ll get the chance to take specialist HRM modules covering topics like learning and development, and employee relations, to support your career in management. You'll be assessed through a combination of written, practical and coursework assessments throughout your degree.

Written assessment typically includes exams and multiple choice tests.

Points can be from any qualification on the UCAS tariff, but must include at least 80 points from A levels BTEC Subsidiary Diploma, Diploma or Extended Diploma OCR Cambridge Technical Introductory Diploma, Diploma or Extended Diploma CACHE Diploma or Extended Diploma Irish Leaving Certificate Scottish Highers Welsh Baccalaureate Advanced Diploma or a combination of appropriate Level 3 qualifications

Access to HE Diploma

Pass Access to HE Diploma overall with a minimum 112 UCAS tariff points
