Mae’r Dystysgrif Addysg Uwch mewn Plentyndod, Addysg a Chymdeithas yn darparu sylfaen gadarn i ddeall sut mae plant yn datblygu, yn dysgu ac yn profi’r byd cymdeithasol. Gan dynnu ar astudiaethau plentyndod cynnar, addysg a chymdeithaseg, mae’r cwrs yn cyflwyno cysyniadau allweddol sy’n sail i arferion cynhwysol a moesegol mewn ystod o gyd-destunau addysgol a chymunedol.
Byddwch yn archwilio datblygiad a lles dynol, hawliau plant, diogelu ac anghenion dysgu ychwanegol, ochr yn ochr â’r ffactorau cymdeithasol sy’n dylanwadu ar gyfleoedd a chanlyniadau addysgol. Mae’r rhaglen yn annog meddwl beirniadol am sut mae teuluoedd, cymunedau a pholisi yn siapio profiadau plentyndod, a sut y gall ymarferwyr ymateb yn greadigol ac yn gyfrifol.
Mae dysgu yn cael ei gefnogi gan adnoddau arbenigol a thechnolegau arloesol, gan gynnwys cyfleusterau realiti rhithwir ymgolli sy’n gwella ymgysylltu a myfyrio. Mae’r cwrs ar gael yn Gymraeg a Saesneg, gyda chyflwyniad cyfrwng Cymraeg llawn a’r opsiwn i gyflwyno asesiadau yn Gymraeg.
Mae cwblhau’r Dystysgrif yn llwyddiannus yn caniatáu dilyniant i ail flwyddyn BA (Anrh) Plentyndod, Addysg a Chymdeithas neu’r BA (Anrh) Plentyndod, Addysg a Chymdeithas: Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol, gan ddarparu llwybr clir a chefnogol i astudio gradd lawn.
Mae’r cymhwyster hefyd yn cefnogi rolau lefel mynediad mewn blynyddoedd cynnar, lleoliadau cymunedol a chymorth, neu ddatblygiad proffesiynol pellach.
