Skills:
Endorsed by the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sports and Physical Activity), you’ll gain a strong foundation in the science behind the human body, optimal athletic performance, prevention of injury and athletic recovery by studying three fundamental disciplines:

  • Physiology: Delving into the intricacies of bodily functions.

  • Biomechanics: Unravelling the mechanics of movement and underlying forces.
