It’s a growing market with many job opportunities, as companies around the world become increasingly connected and seek the leaders and managers of the future.

The MSc Management (International Management) programme at Swansea University is designed for students who want to focus on the opportunities and challenges of business in an interconnected global marketplace. You will gain insight into how organisations engage with the international business environment and explore how innovation, enterprise and strategy operate in global contexts.

You will also study core management concepts such as managing financial resources in a digital world, sustainable operations management, managing people and performance and marketing strategy, providing a solid foundation in dynamic business principles.

Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) the only chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence, the course is open to students from any discipline who would like to work in business or management. Upon successful completion of the relevant mapped modules within the MSc Management you will qualify for CMI’s Level seven Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership.

From the moment you join the School of Management, we work with you to develop the skills, confidence, and real‑world experience that will enhance your career prospects.
