Winchester
Summary
Language and business together open up global opportunities. They help you understand how organisations operate across cultures and how ideas move between markets.
On this course, you will develop your skills in French, German or Spanish and critical thinking while getting a solid understanding of business management. Get skills and knowledge valuable to companies doing business worldwide. As part of your business management studies you'll learn about managerial decision-making and management techniques, explore how to inspire change within organisations and society and be challenged to think differently about businessoken. This will help you understand both the cultural and commercial environments in which businesses work.
As you progress, you will build strong communication, analytical and intercultural skills, preparing you for careers in global business and beyond. A degree in languages equips graduates with a deep understanding of the intricacies of language, communication, and cultural contexts. This expertise is invaluable in our increasingly globalised world, where clear cross-cultural communication is paramount. Our graduates have went on careers as data analysts, marketing executives, translators, language teachers, lexicographers, language therapists as well as working in a variety of fields including publishing, law, diplomatic service, NGOs and many more.
