OVERVIEW
Cognitive psychology. Social psychology. Decision making. Fairness at work. This course lets you combine your interests in human behaviour and business operations. You don’t need any psychology or business knowledge when you join us, just curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Our focus is on preparing you for a career as a business psychologist. We help you learn the practical skills you’ll need for the future. You’ll learn how to manage client relationships, identify problems and come up with solutions.
During your final year, you will have the opportunity to create your own project around a challenge. You'll collect and analyse data, and applying your creativity to solve the issue, mirroring real-world scenarios commonly encountered in professional environments.

Career Readiness – Over the three years of study, you'll have many opportunities including; work placements, virtual internships, and networking opportunities to help you get job-ready. In you final year (Level 6), you will take part in an assessment centre activity, giving a real-world experience to prepare for job hunting after graduation.
**Study your Way ** – enrol on the three-year course and then decide if a placement or overseas study is right for you once you have started your studies.
Gain professional coaching status – you’ll have the opportunity to develop business coaching skills with a five-week top-up course through our partnership with The Global Institute of Organizational Coaching (Global IOC), which will give you certified professional business coach status.
The following entry points are available for this course:
Pass Access to HE Diploma with a minimum 106 UCAS Tariff points
104 UCAS tariff points
Pass the IB Diploma with minimum 26 points overall or 104 UCAS Tariff points from three Higher Level subjects.
If you plan to meet the Level 2 course requirements through your IB Diploma you will need to achieve Higher Level 4 or Standard Level 5 in English and Higher Level 4 or Standard Level 4 in Mathematics
GCSE grade C/4 in English Language or Level 2 Functional Skills English pass
and
GCSE grade C/4 in Mathematics or Level 2 Functional Skills Mathematics pass
