Quantity Surveying for England

The purpose of Pearson BTEC Higher Nationals in Quantity Surveying for England is to develop students as professional, self-reflecting individuals able to meet the demands of employers in the construction sector and adapt to a constantly changing world.

You’ll learn through a combination of formal and informal sessions including practical, resource-based learning activities together with work-based learning. This allows the individual needs of the HE learner to be met.

Course Modules

The Higher National Certificate (HNC) is a Level 4 qualification made up of 120 credits. The total guided learning hours for Higher National Certificate (HNC) = 480 hours.

Activity to support guided learning will be 90% classroom-based learning supervised by a tutor with 10% live e-learning supervised by a tutor.
