WHAT WILL I STUDY?
The HND in Hospitality Management offers specialist pathways designed to support progression into relevant occupational areas or on to degree-level study.
You will develop a broad knowledge and awareness of key aspects of hospitality through two core units.

Hospitality interpersonal skills
You will also study four further optional units:
Menu development, planning and design
Managing and Planning an Event

Managing and running as small business
