Course summary

BA Fashion Design at Central Saint Martins comprises five pathways: Womenswear, Menswear, Knit, Print, and Communication. We encourage collaboration at every stage, and throughout the course you will work on projects with the other courses. As a Fashion Design program, we encourage students to break down all societal barriers and perceptions when describing gender and identity. We embrace a non-gendered approach.

The Menswear Design pathway supports and challenges you to develop the unexpected through in-depth research, a broad range of ideas development, and reflecting on motivation and outcomes. You will work on a broad range of creative projects, with pathway tutors, specialist staff, expert technicians and industry practitioners. All projects demand a willingness to honour and subvert boundaries, learn technical expertise, and to develop an attitude of professionalism.

BA Fashion Design at Central Saint Martins is globally renowned. The course has an excellent staff team of highly experienced and diverse practitioners and researchers with international profiles who remain connected to their industry and are at the forefront of fashion.
