The Higher National Certificate (HNC) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Leadership & Management are vocationally-focused higher education qualifications designed to equip students with the knowledge, understanding and skills essential for managing and leading teams in contemporary business environments.

Course optionsApplicants are normally expected to meet the following entry criteria:
• A relevant Level 3 qualification such as a BTEC National Diploma, Access to Higher Education Diploma, or A-Levels.
• A minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications.
• Applications from mature students without formal qualifications will be considered on an individual basis, particularly where applicants can demonstrate relevant work experience or professional practice within a leadership or management capacity.
All applicants may be required to attend an interview as part of the selection process.
