Combining state-of-the-art technology with fundamental engineering, this programme will develop your knowledge and skills to tackle global challenges. With a Design Centre and the Makerspace, you’ll be able to apply your new skills in practical facilities.

Enjoy working alongside students from other engineering disciplines, so you graduate with interdisciplinary experience. In your final year, you’ll deepen your knowledge with a project that can be linked to industry. Not considered unless A level Maths also taken.

International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme
32 points

6,6,6 at Higher Level to include Mathematics with a minimum of 32 points overall.

Welsh Baccalaureate - Advanced Skills Challenge Certificate (last awarded Summer 2024)

Accepted in place of a non-required A level with the equivalent grade.

Cambridge International Pre-U Certificate - Principal

Accepted in place of A levels with the following grade equivalencies: D2 = A*; D3 = A; M2 = B. Combinations of A levels and Principle subjects are accepted. NB required subjects must be offered (see A level Section)
