BA Business and Human Resource Management is aimed at those students who wish to pursue a career in the broad field of human resource management or related areas such as international human resource management, training and development, employment relations and equal opportunities. It may, alternatively, be used as preparation for a career in general management. The course content will be a combination of human resource management and business modules. These will including Strategic HRM, International HRM, Work Psychology and Contemporary HR Development and Knowledge as well applied modules such as Resourcing, Employment Relations, Performance and Reward and Talent Mangement. Business modules will include Professional Development, Marketing, Business Operations, Economics, Accounting and Project Management, as well as business analytics and a Research project.
