Our programme is accredited by the internationally recognised Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), reflecting its quality content and relevance to industry.

Guided by academics who are experts in their field, our programme will help you navigate the complexity of the subject and understand the benefits and challenges of globalisation for local communities.

Learn how to work critically with information, data, digital tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) supported technologies to help your learning, communication and research. Explore topics like sustainability, ethics and responsible citizenship and understand how they can shape individual and organisational behaviour in global settings.

During your studies, we plan to go on a field trip to a European city to experience and analyse first-hand another country’s economy. You may also study a language.

By the end of final year, you will be able to combine advanced subject knowledge with strong analytical, digital and professional skills.

Our graduates have the confidence and global perspective needed to engage critically with international business and management issues. They can respond to complex global challenges and pursue a wide range of graduate careers or further study opportunities.

During your time with us, you can apply to spend a Year in Industry. Placements are taken in third year, returning to campus after placement to complete final year. Students who apply for the standard three-year programme can swap to the Year in Industry programme once they arrive on campus in September.

This programme is available with either a Year in China or a Year Abroad. The Year in China offers undergraduate students the opportunity to spend one year at our joint venture, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). You can choose either the China Studies Track, where you will take courses from the China Studies Degree, the Creative Track, or the Entrepreneurship Track . XJTLU is a fully English-speaking university, located in Suzhou. The Year Abroad offers students the opportunity to spend a full academic year studying at one of our partner universities around the world, following a mixture of culture and/or discipline-related modules. If you wish to study this programme with a Year in China or a Year Abroad you will have the opportunity to apply after you arrive at Liverpool.

Additional fee information

If this is your first degree and you are a Home student applying for entry in 2027, you do not have to pay your fees upfront. Instead, you can take out a tuition fee loan which is paid straight to the University. This is available to most students, no matter what their household income.

Tuition fees are subject to increase each year, subject to the government’s regulated fee limits. For UK students applying for 2027 entry the Tuition Fee is £10,050.
